I had the privilege of speaking before the combined PCI/CCAI Annual Meeting in Whitefish, MT, in June 2021. It was the first PCI event held since Powder Coating Week in February 2020. Looking out over the audience, I saw plenty of familiar faces. Faces of women and men who together possess centuries of collective wisdom and have guided and shaped our industry. I also saw numerous new faces, eager to consume knowledge and experience and set forth to make their own substantial contributions to the powder coating industry. It was gratifying over the course of the event watching those two groups come together to share ideas and personal experiences.

That is where the mission of Powder Coated Tough (PCT) intersects with the pulse of the powder coating industry.
